Your Brand: More Inclusive, More Effective, More Profitable.
At least 1 in 4 of your visitors may be hitting invisible barriers, losing you customers and quietly building legal risk. We find them, fix them, and make sure they don’t come back.
98% of websites fail. Yours might too.
The web was built for everyone. Most of it just forgot to show up that way.
98% of websites fail basic accessibility checks. That’s not a compliance number; it’s a real person who couldn’t read your pricing, book your service, or find your contact page. They didn’t complain. They just left.
And here’s the thing: the law is catching up fast, in every major market. Canada’s ACA carries fines up to $250,000. The EU’s European Accessibility Act came into force in June 2025 and applies to any organisation serving European customers, wherever it is based. The UK’s Equality Act creates real legal exposure for any business that excludes disabled users. Getting ahead of this is always cheaper than scrambling to catch up.
We've been the person you're forgetting.
We built this agency because we know what it feels like to be the person a website forgot.
Our founder spent years navigating systems that didn’t account for how she actually thinks or works. That made her obsessive about human experience, specifically about the gap between who designers think their users are and who actually shows up at the door.
That perspective became a methodology. We test with real users across diverse abilities, deliver plain-language findings ranked by legal risk and business impact. It’s a standard we’ve applied across education, construction, and the trades and we’re here to apply it to yours too.
Here's How This Works.
1
We find what's broken, and is actually costing you
Automated tools catch the obvious. Manual expert review catches the rest. Real-user testing with people of diverse abilities catches what both miss. You get a plain-language report ranked by impact. Not a 200-page document written for lawyers.
2
We fix it, or hand your team everything they need to
We can remediate directly, or deliver developer-ready fix tickets your team can implement without needing to decode anything. For organisations launching fresh, we build accessible sites from scratch—done right from day one.
3
We make sure it stays fixed while you grow your content
Accessibility isn’t a one-time job—it’s a practice. We offer ongoing monitoring and testing so new barriers get caught before your users do. And for teams who want to build that capability in-house, we train you to maintain the standard as your site grows.
Pick Your Starting Point.
Accessibility Audit & Remediation
We audit your website using automated tools, expert manual review, and real-user testing with people of diverse abilities. Then we fix what we find—directly in your codebase, or as developer-ready tickets your team can act on immediately.
Best for: healthcare, finance, government, education, federally regulated organisations and other large websites
Accessible Web Development
A professionally built website, accessible from day one, built to the same standard as our enterprise work, from the very first line of code. Every customer, including the 1 in 4 living with a disability, can find and use you from the start.
Best for: businesses and non-profits launching their digital presence
Accessibility Training & Upkeep
Accessibility isn’t a one-time job. We offer ongoing monitoring and testing so new barriers get caught before your users do—and training for teams who want to build that capability in-house. Either way, you’re not starting over every time something changes.
Best for: teams who’ve completed an audit, and organisations building long-term accessibility practice

Frequently Asked Questions
We're a small team. Can we actually implement what you find?
Yes, that's exactly why we write for humans, not compliance officers. Every finding comes with a specific fix, ranked so you tackle the highest-impact issues first. We can also handle the remediation ourselves, or work alongside your developer.
What value does an accessibility audit offer our organization?
Learning about your website’s accessibility performance has many benefits. It will tell you where issues are, and how to solve them to become more accessible to users with disabilities. This will give you the knowledge you need to expand your brand’s reach by serving all of your audience, instead of just part of it.
Better accessibility also translates to better overall functionality, improving your website’s UX for all users, regardless of their abilities. This will support conversions on your pages. Moreover, by upgrading your accessibility and becoming compliant with national and international regulations, you will also avoid potentially costly lawsuits for your organization.
Isn't accessibility just for people with disabilities, and not my general customer base?
Nope. Accessibility features benefit all users, not just those with disabilities. Intuitive navigation, clear content, and flexible design make websites easier to use for everyone.
Accessible websites also tend to have better search engine optimization (SEO), improving discoverability for all customers. Basically, everyone benefits from an accessible website—even your “regular” customers. Hey, they might just thank you for it!
Does auditing and fixing mean rebuilding our whole site?
Almost never. Most accessibility issues are targeted fixes — contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation, heading structure. We prioritise so you fix the 20% of issues that eliminate 80% of your risk first.
We've already have a website. Do I really need to invest in auditing?
If your current website isn’t converting visitors into leads or customers, or if it doesn’t reflect your brand’s unique voice, you’re leaving money on the table. Optimized websites can dramatically boost engagement and sales, even if your site's design stays the same.
Do I need technical skills to maintain an accessible and effective website?
No technical expertise required! We provide actionable recommendations and support, and can handle implementation and maintenance for you. Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free, so you can focus on your business.
Does accessibility law actually apply to us?
Probably yes, and in more places than you might expect. In Canada, the Accessible Canada Act covers federally regulated organisations, and Nova Scotia's Accessibility Act sets a 2030 compliance target for the whole private sector, public and private. If you serve customers in Europe, the EU's European Accessibility Act has applied since June 2025 to any organisation selling into EU markets, wherever it is headquartered. In the UK, the Equality Act creates legal obligations for any business providing services to the public, including through digital channels. Not sure what applies to you? We will map it out in the first 15 minutes of our call.
Won’t making my website accessible ruin its design or make it boring?
Absolutely not! Modern accessibility best practices enhance usability and can be seamlessly integrated with stylish, on-brand design. We also collaborate with your existing developer or design team to make sure your look and feel stay strong while becoming more inclusive.
Will focusing on accessibility and inclusivity really impact my bottom line?
Yes! Accessible, inclusive websites reach more people, improve user experience, and drive higher conversions. They also help you avoid legal risks and build a positive brand reputation. It's an investment that pays off on multiple fronts.
