Cancellation and Refund Policy

To obtain a refund, you must submit a cancellation request no later than 24 hours before the agreed upon date of commencement of the work, unless specified otherwise in the agreement. 

 

In the event a cancellation is submitted beyond the abovementioned time limit, the 50% upfront payment will be forfeited in its entirety. 

 

In the case of rush orders for which work is to commence within 24 hours of signing the agreement, it is understood and agreed by all parties that the 50% upfront payment is forfeited in case of cancellation. 

 

Any cancellations that are submitted after commencement of work will not be eligible for a refund, and the entire agreed upon sum becomes due regardless of completion of any deliverables.

Conditions

Our money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms and conditions, ALL OF WHICH MUST BE MET:

 

  1. Your email cancellation request must contain information about the service you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. If you request a refund and do not include the information that we have required by the end of the Refund Period, you may not be granted a refund.
  2. If you request a refund within the applicable time period with the required information, we will rescind access to the service or will request that it be returned and will give you a full refund minus 10% administration fees through our payment processing system.
  3. In the event of a dispute, you are required to submit proof that you sent this request within 24 hours of the purchase. 

If you receive a refund to a digital product or program that you have purchased, the refund shall immediately terminate all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you.

You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
