Our Work: More Inclusive. More Effective.

See how we help organisations find the barriers that stop people using their websites, fix them, and build new sites that work for everyone from day one.

Accessibility Case Studies

Real projects. Specific barriers. Practical fixes. We test the way people actually use the web, with screen readers, keyboards, dictation and real users, and turn what we find into changes your team can act on.

Case study 01 · Education organisation

One audit, one clear fix list.

We tested 30+ pages of an online service, signed in and out, in light and dark mode, using a screen reader, keyboard only and dictation software. The team got a fix list ranked by what helps users most, so every hour of developer time goes further.

Case study 02 · Training programme

From a broken form to a full cohort.

A sign-up website was losing people at the last step. We found a contact form that couldn’t send, hard-to-read text and unlabelled fields, then fixed it all ourselves. The client reports their next cohort filled.

Case study 03 · Mission-driven service

What real users found that scans missed.

An expert review of every applicable WCAG 2.2 criterion, plus five sessions with people using screen readers, speech input and magnification. Menus that needed a mouse and focus that jumped to the top were found and documented in about two weeks.
